Tender Ready (Kenya)

Bids on Kenyan county and national tenders are thrown out every day for one missing document, an expired Tax Compliance Certificate or a deadline read wrong. Upload the tender document, tell us about your company in a few clicks, and Tender Ready reads the whole thing for you. First you get the verdict: can your firm bid at all, and if not, which rule stops you, quoted from the tender itself. You also get the closing date with a countdown, how and where to submit, the bid security, and the top things you are missing. The full bid pack adds every required document as a checklist table that shows where you stand on each one, the technical scoring criteria with their marks, draft text for your company profile, methodology and work plan written to this tender's scope, the questions worth asking at the pre-bid meeting, and the checklist as a spreadsheet you can tick off. **Built for Kenyan procurement.** It knows AGPO, NCA classes, the KRA TCC and the e-GP portal. When the tender itself excuses youth, women or PWD firms from the bid security, past experience or audited accounts, the checklist says so, with the clause. When the tender does not say it, neither do we. **Nothing is made up.** Every requirement in the checklist carries the tender's own wording. When you paste the text, every quote is matched back against your document and anything that does not match is removed before you see it. Two limits. **Scanned PDFs may not be readable** - if you cannot select the text in the file, paste it instead. And this is an automated reading, not legal or procurement advice: always confirm against the original document and its addenda.
